I ran about 6 miles on Saturday morning up in the Kolob mountains near Zion National Park. We were camping out up there for the Beatty family reunion. Was a pretty good run, but the altitude made it a little more difficult than normal, plus there were lots of ups and downs.

Did you run nonstop? Must have been hard running in the mountains. . .have you heard about those mountain races they do? I was reading about one in the paper where its a 10k but it climbs 10000 feet over the course of the run. Insane!
